Each registration allows the submission of 2 papers.
Each registration entitles participation in the event, not including accommodation, meals, transportation, or any other third-party services.
Only the lunches from Monday, June 30th, to Wednesday, July 2nd, are included in the registration fee.
Registration fees vary according to the category and the payment date (not the registration date).
Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee the presentation of the submitted work. Only accepted and settled works will be presented at the event.
The accompanying person registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail, and a visit to MASP, but does not include access to the scientific program.
To present a paper at the event, the main author (responsible for the submission) must be registered and have paid the registration fee.
Co-authors may present papers if they are properly registered and have settled their registration (as well as the first author).
Students must provide proof of enrollment in a Stricto Sensu undergraduate or graduate institution.
Registrants must choose the registration category according to their highest qualification in the field.
Registration is only allowed once. After the first registration, use the user area to access.
By registering, you agree to all the points above.

Cancellations requested before January 31st, 2025, will be refunded; however, a fee of 50% of the payment will be deducted to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be applicable after this date. Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to another participant in the same category at no additional cost until June 23, 2025. Organizers must be notified of the transfer via email at contact@ispve2025.com. Any other information regarding registration payments should also be sent via email.
