Guidelines for Presentation of Papers


Specific guidelines for poster presentations
The poster must be prepared with dimensions of 1.20 m (height) x 0.90 m (width).
The text on the poster and any visual elements (figures, photographs, tables, and charts) must be clearly legible from a minimum distance of 2 meters.
The poster must prominently display the following information: title, authors’ names, institution, city/state/country, contact information, funding source (if applicable), introduction and objective, methodology, results and discussion, conclusions, and references.
The title on the poster must match exactly the title of the abstract submitted and/or approved by the Scientific Committee.
Posters that do not comply with the general formatting and legibility requirements will not be accepted for presentation.
The author is solely responsible for setting up and removing the poster.
Posters may only be set up in the space designated by the conference organizers.
The presentation schedule will be made available on this website.
Authors are responsible for the content and materials displayed on their posters.

Specific guidelines for oral presentations
The paper will be presented in a plenary session, and the use of audiovisual equipment (provided by the event) is mandatory.
The presentation must be delivered in slide format. Click here to download the template.
Only the designated presenter is allowed to speak during the presentation and the Q&A session.
Each presentation will have a total duration of 15 minutes, with a maximum of 10 minutes for the speaker’s presentation and 5 minutes for questions and comments from the review panel.

Presentation Format:
Presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx), using the 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. This format ensures optimal compatibility with the audiovisual equipment available at the event.

Instruction for abstract submission


The rules for preparing the abstract must be strictly observed, otherwise it may be rejected by the ISPVE 2025 scientific committee. To submit your abstract, please, sign in at Attendees Access and click at Submit Abstract, just like image below. To access your account is necessary to fill in the register form: Registration Form.

Guidelines for abstracts submission


Abstracts should be submitted and presented according to the guidelines below.

All abstracts accepted by the ISPVE 2025 scientific committee will be published in the “ISPVE 2025 Proceedings”

Accepted abstracts will be presented in oral or poster format. The author must choose the form of presentation at the time of submission. The scientific committee will select a limited number of abstracts for oral presentation. The remaining abstracts will be presented in poster format. The authors will be notified in advance.

When submitting the abstract, the author must choose the session of interest (thematic area) in which the work will be presented.

Abstracts must be submitted using the online abstract form.

Abstracts can only be submitted after registration for ISPVE 2025 by, at least, 01 (one) of the authors.

There will be a limit of two abstracts submission by author.

Guidelines for Abstract Preparation


The online submission form must be used.
We recommend that the authors prepare the abstract in Word, making sure that no changes have been made when copying and pasting into the online submission form.
Be sure to select the correct thematic area for your abstract.
Abstract text is restricted to 2,500 characters.
When filling out the online form, you must save after each edit. Please make sure to save the most recent version before submitting.
Acknowledgements: The inclusion of acknowledgements is optional and restricted to 30 words.
Reference list: The inclusion of references is optional and restricted to 30 words.
